"Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, television has always been my go-to when it came to escaping an upsetting reality. A world of infinite possibilities and real emotions trapped on the other side of a screen had charmed my soul, pushing me to chase after a dream; like a climber pining for the peak.

Drawing from a tender age, Sterling has sought out and won many art-based awards and gained certification in Graphic Design and Animation. He furthered his education at the University of Trinidad and Tobago's (UTT) Animation Programme and the University of the West Indies's (UWI) Film Programme.
